The festival will feature 28 bands and will include rap, rock, R&B, Latin and dance performers. It will be taking place on September 1 and 2 , in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia . So far, 70 percent of the acts are said to be confirmed. A portion of proceeds are to benefit the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey . So if you're interested in the spectacular event don't miss out! Tickets go on sale May 23 through Live Nation and Ticketmaster. Always remember kids - don't smoke crack. ]]></description>
