By Aly P. and Chelsea G. Kate H. Taylor C. Keely F. Natalie H. Allison M. David B.

are all too RISQUE. So what can be done about this horrible problem??? Well here are a few tips: Wear leggings under short skirts Wear an under shirt if your costume comes with spaghetti straps If you don’t find a costume, then make your own Try to find a good costume that follows dress code and follow the steps above Ohhh and we almost forgot have an AWESOMELY FUN TIME ON HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!! Halloween By Kate Hinrichs Halloween, Halloween, Halloween is here. Witch’s cats, Vampire bats, All are coming near. Fashion Police By Taylor Cabrera, Keeley Frandsen, Natalie Huff, and Allison Mackenzie Hey fellow Bell students, we are the fashion police for this newspaper. We tell you what’s in and what’s so out. Some clothes that are in style for the girls right now are skinny jeans, jean shorts, neon colored v- neck tops, vests, layered shirts, laced tops, and anything with the peace sign printed on it. Popular shoes worn by girls are Vans and flats. Common stores that are shopped at for the girls are Hollister, Pac Sun, American eagle, Abercrombie, and Tilly’s. If you can’t afford these pricy stores you can get the same look at less expensive stores like Styles for Less, Mervyn’s, and Kohl’s, Now what’s in style for the guys are skinny jeans, boot cut jeans, plaid shorts, and basic color t-shirts. Some brands that might be popular to the guys are Volcom, Quicksilver, O ‘Neil, and Billabong. An item that’s not very popular this year is hats. Most guys at Bell wear Vans for shoes this year. ***Everyone at Bell should follow the dress code. Girls need to make sure that their shorts and skirts are an appropriate length. Also spaghetti strap tops need to cover any under garments and must be 1 inch thick. Girls need to wear shoes that cover their toes and heels for safety reasons. Guys’ pants should not be too baggy, if it shows underwear you’ve gone too far. You are not allowed to wear hats to school, unless you have a severe skin condition to the sun, if so they will loan you a Bell Intermediate hat.*** Cell Phone Policy By David Bui The cell phone policy here is known by most of us here at Bell, however, the secrets it held were only known by administrators until now. An interview with Mrs. Rae has revealed some unknown facts. Our policy was written by our school board who creates rules for our school administration. Since it’s a policy to use it, our staff cannot edit it at any given time. The more you break it, the more time you will time you will spend helpless in detention. Don’t ever think that you can break it and hide it all when staff comes, because they will surprise you when you are caught. The only time you could use a cell phone on campus is when you get hurt so badly you need to call 911. It’s okay to have a phone that never turns off as long as it doesn’t make a noise, which includes vibrating.
