In the month of January the charachter counts pillar was Fairness.Fairness is: Playing by the rules, taking turns, being open minded, listening, not blaming other people wrongly, so on and so forth. One anonymous example I was given was one of our students let her sister have her hair done first, because the previous night she had had her hair done first.
