By Justin Gilbert

As I was riding it seemed to get lonelier. There was less and less lights on in houses, then it got to the point that the houses where old and destroyed. There was a feeling of despair hanging in the air. Then, I guess I started to hallucinate, because the shadows started to move in a creepy wave-like way. “Whoa” I said aloud. There was a distant sound and, what looked like and arrow punctured my new bike’s tire. “What the…” I stared to say. Then another arrow whizzed past my ear. Before I knew it, about 30 people wearing black robes advanced on me. Instinctively I got off the bike, picked it up, and threw it about 40 feet at the nearest one. Then, when it struck, he burst into black dust. The bowman drew an arrow and fired. I sidestepped and dodged it. He shot another, and I bent back and dodged that one also. I then kicked up a two-by-four, grabbed it by the end, and threw it very fast, in one fluid motion. It struck the bowman and sliced him in half. He turned into black dust. The other people stared at me in awe. There was a pile of rock next to me, so I grabbed the most I could fit in my pockets, not knowing why. I grabbed the last two and held them in my hands. That’s when they all charged at me. Then I don’t know exactly what happened next, I guess I jumped. 150 feet in the air! Then I was throwing rocks down like a Gatling gun. I was hitting every target. They all were turning into black dust. Then, that’s when I noticed I was floating! As soon as I noticed I slowly started to descend. When I touched ground more of them came out wielding swords and knifes. ‘‘Uh-Oh” I said.
