Mrs. McCoy hands out ribbons to her first hour students so they can pledge to be drug free.

Red Ribbon was during the week of October 27-31, 2008.Red ribbon is where students learn about how to say no to drug. and at our school we sign a pledge to be drug free. Also at my school we have drawings, guessing, and a who could wear it best contest. Another thing we do that is has a contest where all the students get clues and try to find a gold medallion. The winner was Sherry Hurd. We also had a poem contest for each grade. Sarah Meredith for 8 th and Amanda Jordon for 7th.  Our who could wear it best contest was daily. Monday was the wear red day. Tuesday was silly sock day. Wednesday was the put a cap on drugs. Thursday was camouflage day. Friday was wear your school colors.
