Big 7 League champions Jared Harvey, Anne Otlinghaus and Matt Debus earned recognition May 14.

Three Jefferson West art students became Big 7 League champions May 14. Jared Harvey, Anne Otlinghaus and Matt Debus became champs after the league art show at Royal Valley High School. “It is exciting to see so many students get recognition for the all of their creative effort,” said teacher Mark Ralston. Twenty-eight of the 40 presented works of art received awards. Jeff West students received six silver medals, five bronze medals and 12 honorable mention awards.
