			<title><![CDATA[Teen Partying]]></title>

  Are teens partying about the drinking, and smoking; or are they about   having the innocent fun? “When I go to a dance or flyer party I will most   likely drink and noz it.” said an anonymous student. “Nozzing it” is inhaling   helium in through a balloon which results in a quick and strong high. So are   there positive and the negative effects to going to a party? Hugo Alvarado   said there is and that he goes “to meet new people and every party is   different so it’s a new experience every time.”    
       
  But are teens now worrying a little too much about the party scene.” I   don’t think so I think people go out to have a good time” said Angie Santos,   a junior at   Kaiser   High school  . “Teens do get drunk and smoke” said an   anonymous student.    
    
      Are teens getting peered pressured in.? “I think they are because   when they see that their friends are smoking or drinking they would want to   do it too.
