By Ben Fay

Eminem, you've done it again. This is easily one of the best albums of 2011 by far for hip-hop.It is the second album for Eminem in the number one spot. Bad meets evil is a joint effort between Royce Da 5’9, and Eminem that we have been waiting for since the early 2000’s. Back in 1999 Eminem asked Royce to do a song with him called Bad Meets Evil, which was eventually made and was featured on Eminem’s debut album called The Slim Shady LP. For the next decade the two artists really didn't speak to each other because of the competition between them in the rap industry; But the mutually felt grief over the death of fellow rapper MC Proof soon brought then back together. Last year Royce and Eminem decided to compose a joint album named after their first song together, Bad Meets Evil. This album has nine tracks and two bonus tracks on the special edition. Royce and Eminem both rap on each of the songs. The collaboration is a huge success for both artists. The tracks vary in content, for example one talks about life in the fast lane (fast lane) and then drug use (Im On Everything), followed by Eminem ripping on how he treats his female friends (the Reunion). The rhymes are epic and Eminem sneaks in a few disses against Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber, which are always welcome. Also, Eminem sneaks in a crude, but funny fact about what he wants to do to Nicki Minaj. Every track in the CD is well done, and deserve to be on the charts. This album could have easily been a disaster, but instead it was one of his best albums he has ever released. 4/5 Paws: Pounce On It
