You may think that right now I am at my Mac in the computer lab at school...you would be wrong. No ladies and gentlemen, I am on my laptop in Ormond beach, Florida. And if I didn't tell you then you would've never known and thought I was one of the most studious people ever. HA! The internet is one of the most amazing things ever invented in my opinon if only because it is publically secretive. You can be anywhere and say anything and no one would be able to know if you were saying lies or the truth or for that matter who you are!

Think about it, sites like Wikipedia and Yahoo answers give you the answers of people, humans who make mistakes and can, omg wait for the kicker, be wrong! Websites that we trust more than anything are run by humans who are designed to be flawed and can be wrong, and thanks to the internet, they never have to give their real names, genders or ages. So, how do we know that the information given out or the people who give out the "facts" on the internet are truthful? Answer: we don't. We trust any man jack who posts comments, blogs, bulletins and notes to be the man with all the answers without even knowing their location in the world (if they live in the real world). Silly humans, trusting everyone with blind faith.

Now let's face reality for a minute. Books are the same concept, written by the flawed humans who probably made the site, some under assumed names that are (as far as we know) real people. But books are forever trusted over computers in the past and now where are all the facts from the internet cited from? Books. So who can we trust here? The man with the book or the man with the website? Answer: there is no difference. The man who made the book, published the book for the man who made the site to use, and the innocent person who just wants answers has no idea where or from whom they are coming. All he knows is that he's got them. Just another exchange of unquestioned words for the information age.

At the end of the day it comes down to the facts. The internet is the easy way to carry books on everything you can think of at one time as well as the flawed humans' interpritations of that information. Free speech is no better shown than though the internet and the greatest part is it eliminates the "hate and kill" factor of it by not having to disclose their names and locations. Brilliant, smart and safe, now let's see if the humans can get fact from fiction within that stream of words.
