Avatar (written and directed by James Cameron) is an action drama starring Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana, that takes place in 2159 where the entire earth is in a depression and about to die from pollution. They discover a planet called Pandora where humans cannot breathe, but where the Na'vi people live. Also they discover a valuable mineral that they hope  will help stimulate their economy. On the planet they discover that if they fuse Human and Na'vi D.N.A they can make avatars that humans can control and to help them learn about the Na'vi. Jake Sully who is a paralyzed marine is picked to control an avatar to help learn about the Na'vi.

     Through out the entire movie Jake must pick a side, the human race or the Na'vi race. His decision gets harder when he discovers that the marines are going to cut down the tree were the Na'vi people live. Avatar is a heart pounding thriller that will keep most people entertained until the very end of the movie. Although it is now the highest money-making movie of all time, I recommend this movie.
