Crystal Magnum has been arrested...again.  This person has been involved in four conflicts involving legal action in the past five years.

   In 2006 she accused three Duke Lacrosse players of rape which ruined reputations and canceled the the Duke Lacrosse season.  In 2010, she faced attempted murder charges against her boyfriend along with identity theft, arson and resisting arrest.  Last December she face child abuse charges.  In the current?  Magnum was arrested for stabbing her boyfriend after an argument with intent to kill.

    Now what I do no understand is why this person is not put into a mental hospital.  She has numerous charges put against her that are dangerous to other people living in the area. 

    The police did not find evidence supporting her rape accusations, she has tried to kill her boyfriends twice and was suspected of harming her children.  That does not sound like a safe and loving mom, girlfriend or human to me.  

    I understand that Magnum may have a mental illness which may cause her to act in such a way.  But if this true, I do not understand why nobody has admitted her for professional help.  People that pose a threat to social society should be taken care of and treated in order to prevent incidents and problems with other people.
