Falling victim to the Northridge Knights. This game was on the defense, said wide-reciever Karter Chisholm.  What's funny about this loss is that the Knights barely beat Layton, the Darts destroyed Layton, Northridge lost to Olympus but Olympus is a 4A team. With all these factors coming to mind, the football team is pretty bummed about this loss.  The one good thing that came from losing to Northridge was a better road to state. The Darts will play the Brighton Bengals for the 2nd time this season. The first matchup ending in a tie, due to electronic difficulties. If Davis beats the Bengals, they most likely will play their rivals the Viewmont Vikings. This is the thing with High School football, you never know what is going to happen and with the Darts second loss, they actually might have created a nice ride to the Semi-Finals. With two fairly easy games to start the playoffs, Davis has their eyes set on the semi-finals, hoping to reach the State Championship game.  Davis High School Football doesn't want to end their season like last year losing to the Jordan Beatdiggers 54-7. This season Davis High has too good of a defense to lose that early in the road to State.
