Boys can go out and cheat on their girlfriends and nobody labelsl them. They believe in that theory they there are seven women for every girl.

Yet, if a girl loses her virginity to a boy, and it gets out for others to know, she can be ridiculed and called the infamous "H" word......a "hoe."

A guy could cut classes and he is seen as "cool" but girls are called "dummies" for the very thing a guy is doing.

The list goes on and on but why does this have to be the case? It isn't fair that guys get respect for thing that give a girl a bad name. Isn't this the generation when guys and girls can work the same jobs and play almost all the same sports now? So why are we getting equal status when it comes to "name calling."

Just something to think about!

Perhaps we should start using that as motivation and a a rule for our choices. Maybe we ladies should let our choices, and the things we do, earn us the reputation we would want. It is obvious that we may never change the fact that guys will get respected for being players, but we can change the things we do that determine how they see us.

I know I plan to change...ME.
