Knowledge Bowl has started for the year. We've gained a few freshmen to make up for the seniors we lost last year. Most of the old members also joined Knowledge Bowl again.

In case you're wondering, Knowledge Bowl is a competition. First, you divide into teams of four. Then, you take a written test to get your ranking. Your team is then placed into rooms of three teams, based on your written score. Your team then competes with the other two teams in three rounds of oral questions. The rounds are 45 questions each. At the end, each team is placed according to their points and prizes are awarded to the top teams.

Mrs. Winter informed us that it is possible to letter in Knowledge Bowl this year, although she never told us how... We meet every Wednesday at seven thirty in the morning. It takes some effort to get our brains going that early, but we manage. Our first meet is coming up quickly, and we need to get ready. All of our meets this year are in Fergus Falls, MN. Knowledge Bowl hasn't done so well in the past, but we're all hoping this is the year that changes.
