The Multi-Needs Program participated in the annual conference track meet on May 8. Some of the events were softball throw, standing long jump, running broad jump, 50-meter dash and 4-on-4 basketball. Addison Trail also had carnival games like a moon jump, basketball throw, beanbag toss and bozo buckets. There was a picnic lunch outside as it was a beautiful day. Some students threw more than 120 feet in the softball throw. That is farther then Special Services teacher Mike Dellamaria and aide Michael Folsom. All participants received a gold medal and a T-shirt. There were 10 schools from neighboring communities and more than 500 athletes competed. Everyone had a great time. A favorite highlight was the final dance bash. Everyone was dancing on their feet and enjoying themselves.
