“Float like a butterfly, Sting like a bee” – Muhammad Ali
Born on January 17, 1942 Ali is one of if not the best boxers in the history of boxing. Ali did things that every boxer wishes they could do. He was the first per son to knockout: Sonny Liston, George Foreman, and Chuck Wepner. Three of some of the hardest boxers to K.O.
Ali is one of the most loved boxers in the history, the media loved to interview Ali, He was funny, cocky, all around fun. In the ring Ali would do a very special and unique move only he could ever do, called the Ali shuffle. Ali did the Ali shuffle when he was about to fire off a big right hand to but his opponents face to the ground with a K.O.
Although there was a very small group that did not like Ali, the reason they didn’t like him were the same reason the other people loved him. He was cocky, and he never lost. But like Muhammad Ali said “it’s not bragging if you can back it up”
