Searching for Sushi: Sakana Sushi & Grill great place to eat
Sushi chefs have clearly had a lot of practice making rainbow rolls at Sakana Sushi & Grill. The presentation is as appetizing as the taste. -

Looking for a great Japanese restaurant where you get more than what you paid for? Sakana Sushi & Grill is a wonderful place to go out to eat any day of the week. The portions served are huge when compared to the other Japanese restaurants located in Ahwatukee.
Sakana serves sushi rolls, a la Carte, and teppanyaki. A la Carte are items you buy individually on the menu. Teppanyaki is a type of Japanese cuisine where the food is grilled on an iron plate. My favorite dish on the menu is salmon sashimi, which is the fresh fish slice into bite size pieces. It will set you back about ten dollars. For the amount of food you receive the cost is fairly low. Sushi does not require any cooking, so my entire family obtains their food shortly after placing an order.
The service is excellent. Your server and even the manager will come check and see how you are doing all the time. They are truly polite. Although the service is wonderful, this does not mean Sakana is an extravagant restaurant you should get dressed up for. Wearing just a shirt and jeans will allow you to blend in perfectly.
