You know how everyone is always complaining that our generation is overweight, non-exercising, and lazy? The government continues to require us to do more and more in gym class, barely allowing us to enjoy one activity before moving on to the next and exhausting our gym teachers until they drop. Everyone is worried that our generation will not do anything and eat everything they see, not caring how much weight they put on. Wouldn’t it be great to show them all that they are wrong? We students can change the future of our country by doing just a few regular basic things. For example, at lunch why buy fatty foods like French fries (foods that just add to your weight, creating fat, and clogging your arteries, thereby increasing your chance of heart attack), when you can gte a salad? The greens will help clear your arteries, and any meat or cheese on your salad will help you to build muscles. Then, put that protein to work and participate in gym, running around instead of sitting out or just blowing things off. And lastly, when you get home, don’t just sit in front of the TV or computer all day. Go outside and ride your bike, or if it’s cold, go on the treadmill or run up and down the stairs. Also, try watching what you eat. Just remember to keep moving!
