A great experience for the 1st and 2nd Graders Embed This Article

Robert N. shows his report on Russia

The European Fair was on the last Tuesday of February. That morning, the kids set up their posters in the GYM and waited until the classes of the school came and walked around the fair, asking questions about the country to the children and learning about the European countries. “The fair was fun and exciting because lot of people came and looked at our work. I learned a lot about my country, Austria, from the project.” Says Anya Feyrer-Melk, a member of Ms. Lynette’s class.
Now the fair is over and the children are working on something new. One thing is for sure; these 1st and 2nd graders of Ms. Lynette’s class are not going to forget the big project.
