Ms. DeVito and her class of sixth, seventh, and eighth graders made Holocaust boxes. The boxes were based off different people in the Holocaust and stood for the bad part and good of their life. The inside of the boxes were dark, their life in the Holocaust, and the outside their life after and before the horrible Holocaust.
"It was a very sad time and a sad subject to learn about." Ashley W. said.
"The boxes were beautifully made and held a lot of information." Amber W., Ashley's twin sister said also.
We were all sad to learn about the subject, but are glad that it will never happen again.
