Are they Halloween costumes or lingerie

Is Halloween’s meaning changing... or just the costumes? Halloween used to be a fun time for kids and parents to dress up as funny looking monsters or princesses to go trick or treating. But it seems the costume makers are changing that tradition by using less and less fabric on every costume … or pieces of them are just disappearing.

We all know that fun little cheery song we all used to sing when we were little you know it ,it goes “trick or treat smell my feet give me something good to eat”… Well is that song going to change just like our costumes did??? Who really knows? The costumes have gotten so skimpy that it’s gotten hard for the students here at Bell to find costumes that will fit the dress code. Now day’s girls have to wear leggings and under shirts in order to even look at the costumes that are in stores. And even the kid costumes have gotten a little to short for their age if you really look at their costumes they look exactly the same as the teens. And the teen costumes look exactly like the woman costumes!!! So if you think about it all of the costumes are exactly the same accept their all different sizes. So honestly there is no difference!!!!!!

Mrs. Rae says that Halloween is a time for fun and to dress up as funny looking things or our favorite characters. But our favorite things and characters aren’t easy to dress up as if the costumes are all too RISQUE. So what do we about this horrible problem??? Well here are a few tips.

Wear leggings under short skirts

Wear an under shirt if your costume comes with spaghetti straps

If you don’t find a costume, then make your own

Try to find a good costume that follows dress code and follow the steps above

Ohhh and we almost forgot have an AWESOMELY FUN TIME ON HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!!
