Have you ever had a feeling that you wanted to be in All State Choir? Well, to have that dream come true, next year plan to try out for Ouachita Junior High’s All State Choir. All performers have to do is audition on tape and then it will be judged. Students have to get chosen to be in All State Choir because they want the best singers that are comfortable with their voices. Singers don’t have to be in a higher level to sing on The All State Choir because everyone sings in different ways.



In All State Choir students travel to Baton Rouge and several other places. Performers don’t have to have a certain grade point average to be in All State Choir. The O.J.H.S students that were selected for All State Choir are Brandon Banks, Unsavor Candler, Cedarius Belt(not pictured), Greg Bolton, Stephen Doublin, Justin Morehead, Grant Griffith, Ian Hatcher, Jarrett Triplett, Jeanette Slayer, Cara Jordan, Briannica Thompson, Karlie Stuckey, Joya Lewis(not pictured) and Anna Powell.
