Everyone is aware of this year’s flu epidemic.  While we can not live in a bubble, there are certain precautions we can take to stay healthy.

1. Clean surfaces and items that are more likely to have a frequent hand contact.

2. Stay away from other people that are more than likely sick.  If you are ill, please stay
home (President Obama even gave us permission to do so.)

3. Wash your hands frequently; soap and water is better than hand sanitizer.  Anytime
you visit the restroom, wash your hands.

4. Make sure to have regular visits with your doctor.

5. Do not touch germy surfaces and then touch your mouth, nose, and eyes.

6. Do NOT cough, sneeze, or spit in your hands.  Cough into your elbow, tissue, or your
   shirt.
