Ms. Cline, a middle school teacher at the EL Segundo
Middle School teaches a class called Pear Assistance. Peer Assistance is a
class for 7th and 8th graders so they can help 6th graders get comfortable in a
new school environment. The kids in the Peer Assistance class come to 6th grade
classes about every 2 to 3 weeks on Friday
and have 1 group, they plan really fun things, like tell scary stories
and have paper snowball fights with other groups. The kids in the Peer Assistance class
sometimes have us play tag or other fun games. That what Peer Assistance is.
