The ESMS Robotics Team's Victory
The ESMS robotics team has won first place in a local
contest! Hurray for the robotics team! They are very proud and it is all thanks
to they're cool teacher.
The
robotics club is held in the Language Arts teacher, Mr. Duffy's, room on
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 o'clock to 4, for some robot building fun! The
teacher who runs the robotics club is Mr. C, who is also a sub teacher for the
ESMS. He has subbed for Mr. Duffy while the awesome teacher was gone for a
couple of days. Some students say Mr. C is really nice, some say he is okay,
and some say he is really mean. It just depends on the students and how they
act.
The
robots that the robotics team builds are remote controlled cars and other
stuff. Mr. C brings all materials to robotics, so that the students' parents
don't have to buy the stuff. It should be a relief to the parents and their
budgets. The team is excited and wants to keep up the winning streak!
The
robotics team is getting attention, and they better keep up the good work. They
better keep building good robots and getting new members. If they work hard and
dream about the future, it will cast a new light upon the ESMS, who’s
students are eagerly awaiting another victory. But, everyone knows that it
isn't just the wins that count, the failures also make the contest a learning
process. The more failures that come their way, the more they learn and
improve. But, the more wins that come their way, the more confidant they will
be. In order to be a good team, there should be an equal amount of winning and
losing. The possibilities are endless for the robotics team as they fight for
another victory. Well, now that all of that is said, lets see what robot the
team can build next!
