Patterson Mill a new school full of amazing technology. There are a lot of great things like in every classroom there are LCD projectors (or they are still being installed), flat screen televisions from Dell, overheads, and all teachers have Laptops. Also, there are hundreds of computers.

There is also a bunch of technology in our video lab. This is being used right now mainly for the announcements. According to Mrs. Baugher “We have more computers then Best Buy.” This was stated in our journalism class.

This is a very interesting theory. As the new school we are more up to date with the technology because the county government and the board of education want students to be able to have the best education. With these new technologies it makes our school rich with unique experiences.

Like every other school we still have to do fundraising for the sophomores for our trips and other needs. Some of the students in the area may think our school is rich because of the new technology but they should understand that our school should not be judged because of what we have but by who we are becoming.
