Getting classrooms, schedules, planners, books, and other numerous things ready for the school year can be very stressful for the faculty and staff of Valley High School, but apparently this year was a little more hectic than most people thought. When flipping through the planner, some people may notice the numerous spelling and grammar mistakes (have these people never heard of spell check?). One example of the many mess-ups is that in the month of May, instead of Junior-Senior Prom Night, the planner says “Junior-enior Prom-ite.” Have we gone back to speaking Pig Latin or some other dead language? And why weren’t we notified? Another mistake during the same month is the congratulatory statement to the graduating class of “2006.” Sorry Class of 2009, but we decided to skip you this year, maybe you’ll find out you don’t really need high school after all. Good luck anyways! Some other mistakes include the “Nos Chool” on December 5th, and the “No School In-Ervice” days on October 16th and April 9th.
