Trash all over: bottles, cans, and paper laying in a trash can or on the ground. And what do we do: We just keep walking past it.

Many people know the importance of recycling, but don’t it. When asked, some people said that we should recycle but usually don’t. So let’s start. The more we recycle, the slower we will run out of natural resources. If we had less landfills, we could make earth a better place for more plants and animals.

But what makes recycling harder than trashing things? It’s just taking glass, plastic, paper or aluminum and putting them in different containers. Some students said “the reason we don’t have recycling bins is because the school is not funding for them.” Next time you see a Gatorade bottle on the floor, just pick it up and hold on to it till you see a recycling bin or station. Remember even one thing recycled makes a big difference.
