Freshman year, isn’t that scary, being low men on the totem pole? Sophomore year, people sort of just float through and it doesn’t seem that significant. Junior year, almost there, it’s now time to be an upper-classmen and make a statement. Senior year, the school is now under control of the graduating class, and unfortunately, it’s full of all senior “lasts”.

At the beginning of my senior year, the class of 2010 seemed to be getting along great. Everyone was happy to see each other. Even at lunch we pulled a few tables together because we didn’t have enough room at just one table. If only this could have lasted.

Slowly, my class began to dwindle apart. We went back to the same groups of friends we always hung out with. Sometimes sporting events would bring a lot of us back together. Football and basketball games were two things that would bring back that camaraderie. But it was short lived. Sports seasons came and went along with the school year.

Now since we're counting down the last two weeks, the separation and laziness of this class is showing. Many people graduated at semester. Not many people, including myself, seem to do much anymore. Graduation will bring us together one last time, but after that who knows. It was bound to happen; every graduating class goes their separate ways. Unfortunately, that seemed to happen too fast for the class of 2010.
