Jentsch signs for Madison -

As many seniors scramble to find a college in the closing months of their senior year, some are already set.  Senior Max Jentsch has joined the University of Wisconsin Madison class of 2010 on a soccer scholarship.

The senior goalkeeper had 17 shutouts this year and helped the Arrowhead Warhawks to a 19-4-1 record overall and a 7-0 undefeated record in conference.

He was awarded 2nd Team All Conference, 1st Team All State, and 1st Team Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel All Area.

Jentsch said he didn't need long to consider the offer to play for the Badgers.

"I've always really liked Madison, because my Mom went there. We were looking at other colleges, but, I don't know, I just always liked Madison," said Jentsch, who added that he was considering Valparaiso and attended Notre Dame's camp. "So when they offered, I just jumped on it right away."
