It is ACT – SAT time again.
Senior Nate Klair’s future plans
appear to be set with outstanding
ACT, SAT, and PSAT scores.
He is considering colleges such
as: Northwestern University in
Chicago, University of Wisconsin,
Madison and University of
Michigan in Ann Arbor. Wanting
a future career in engineering,
Nate already has a great opportunity
at hand; he’s up for a National
Merit Scholarship. The National
Merit is based off of PSAT scores
which Klair scored very high.
“I’ve always worked hard,
I’m kind of a nerd,” Klair said.
Currently involved in A cappella
choir, Speech team, Tennis Team
Captain, National Honors society,
and acting as Judge Turpin in Sweeney
Todd, the fall musical, one may
ask, how is he handling all this?
“I only took two or three practice
tests; you kind of just take
them.” Klair said. But being in
Honors Calculus 3, AP Chemistry,
and AP U.S. History also can
add a bit of extra work to an inCentennial student
