Crook County Cowboys Freshmen vs Sisters Outlaws Freshmen

Crook County Cowboys Freshmen blew out the Sisters Outlaws 40-18 this fall. This is different from last year, instead Crook County lost in double overtime. This season, the coaching staff is pushing the team harder than ever before.
The team lost a lot of key players, although with having few veterans, they are still fighting strong and they are still winning games. I asked freshmen quarterback Marcus Greaves what his thoughts were about the difference between Middle school and High school. He said, “In Middle school it wasn’t as intense. You’re playing for fun and in high school it is a larger competition and your trying to build your team up to go to State."
Then I asked him what he thought about the loss of many players. “It’s a big loss to the team because they had a lot of talent and we could use the numbers. We are playing with nineteen players. Everyone has to work harder to beat the big schools like Mountain View,
Summit, and Bend High.”
