The CHS Badminton team starts the season with Coach Gardner-Dreyer whipping the All-Star team into shape. After losing last year’s seniors Shuo Wang, Stephen Wang, and senior captains Soutry De and Mike Brennan, the team has a few places to fill.         

        However, they have a few new stars this year including senior captains Kristina Horvath, Gavin Coombs, seniors Chris Hartke, Molly Killen, Rose Mekdussadeerom, and junior Jasper Chyou. 

        The boy’s singles is a group to look out for on this year’s squad and they will really have to show their worth while playing against Towson and Dulaney, given they are the team’s tougher competitors for the 2009 season. 

        As do all the Comet sports teams, the 2009 CHS Badminton team hopes to make it at least to the County tournament
