Just like French people never stop talking their fabulous languages, British never stop complaining about the rudeness of French people. The comparison between Boston and New York has never stopped. So which is the king of the city actually? Boston? NYC?

Round one -- The people.

If my friends ask me the meaning of the cities, I will say, “People, I really think people stand for the city, so what do the people look like in Boston and NYC, what type of characteristics are floating in their blood?”

“Bostonians are so friendly, open and passionate, since a lot of students are living around there," said Olivia, a high school student from Connecticut, “New Yorkers look busy and self-absorbed. They really just care about their own life. So people in Boston are nicer."

While Olivia chose Boston without any hesitating, Paulina Bogdanova, the sophomore from Toronto High School had a hard time making the decisions. “Bostonians are so passionate and New Yorkers are stylists; they have the most fabulous dress in the world," she said.

As a royal fan of the Yankees, Jake, the sophomore from New York state, would defiantly support the New Yorkers." If they have the greatest team in the baseball history, there is no doubt about that the people are great there!"

Analyst: As the general feeling of the sources, Bostonians are mostly described as charming and nice. While the New Yorkers are likely to be busy.

Result: Boston won 1:0 NYC.

Round two--the Feature

Cities are like a glass of wine. The people are the wine and the feature is the glass. With a shining glass outside, the wine will be more tasteful. So IS Boston the Most "Beautifully dressed" or NYC?

“What Boston attracts me is that the historical buildings are around every corner!” said AJ, the junior from Trinity Baptist College. "I like Boston all over especially the Fenway Park, it is so amazing."

While Bowen had a crush on Boston, Lauren, a high school student from Western NY, loves NYC deep down to her throat, “I like shopping, and NYC is the heaven for shopping, I can get anything I want from NYC. I really don't understand why people hate NYC."

Even though Lauren loved NYC so much, she was still impressed by the environment of Boston. ”Even though the streets in Boston are messed up, but it is pretty clean!”

Analyst: As one of the oldest cities in this young nation, Boston is known as the historical buildings. When you travel in the city, you feel like you are in a European town in the 19th century. Just like Bogdanova said,”you don’t feel like you are in a city when you are in Boston!”

For NYC, just like its nickname”Big Apple” it is a place of mixed culture. It is the city who never sleeps; you can never get bored in NYC. However, it is also the city of crime. News of gun shots is never new for people. And one sentences to describe NYC, “If you like someone, send him to NYC, because it is the heaven, If you hate someone, send him to NYC, because it is the hell.”

Result: Tied, Boston 1: 0 NYC

Final Round--- The choice

People only care about the results. Results can explain everything, so if there’s only one place exist in the world, which city will be? Boston or NYC?

“I will say Boston,” Daisy, and the junior from Cambridge University said. ”The future of the world lies in children/teenagers, so we need to save the top universities,” she adds.

“NYC, you can never believe how many restaurants there,” Lauren said. ”Besides, I am a Yankee’s friend.”

“I can choose NYC,” said Staci. “It is amazing that you can see so much culture mixture.”

“I love Boston and I hate NYC, because Yankees Suck!” said AJ. Who is a Red Sox fan from Atlanta.

Final analyst: as you realize, this article is so dump, because you can never figure out who is the king of the city. Just like the note that Lindsay posted online. ”Boston is like orange and NYC is like apple. There is no comparison between Orange and Apple.” Yes, there is no comparison between Boston and NYC. Some people will love Boston and some will love NYC. It is not about the city itself, it is about the people: the character and the desires.

Result: undefined. Sorry to fool you, by the way.
