NO ELECTRICITY





The day started out cloudy and very windy I was at a friend house when this took place.

I had went up stairs to cut on the television then the power had shut off we all just sat their thinking it was just going to cut on with then a matter of time a couple of hours went by then I went out side to ask her next door neighbors is their power out they replied yeah .I went to sit on the porch I saw every body on theirs too .Then my friend Tamaih came out side with and chilled .

The day continued with no electricity phones was going dead people water was freezing cold every thing were mess then people was hearing that the power would be out for weeks .We all was so upset I was thinking about my family trying too make sure they all right . I couldn’t get in touch with my mom because all the phones went dead. This all felt untrue I kept telling my self it was dream that I will be waking up any minute. So it was about ten o’clock so we had heard that East still had electricity so we packed some stuff for us to go down her cousin house who lived on East.

Tamiah and I walk down the street in the dark to East. To arrive to her cousin house we got their with in ten minutes. Tamaih cousin approach us by saying hello and come in she all ready had a house full.

Okay thank god its light but not from electricity but from the sun me and Tamaih was so hungry because we hadn’t eat all day that day are the last so as we woken up we heard the store was open at the bottom of East. But it had been broken into. We didn’t care we still went we got what we wonted from the store drinks and all. They was mad that we didn’t buy them nothing we didn’t care we was hungry we ate all are things we brought from the store with seconds like we hadn’t eaten in weeks power been out

For too days now we really didn’t care really because that mean know school .All the kids was out playing like we had a super vacation lol but just not with not electricity we made the best of the situation. To past the time we capped and danced played football.

I finally got in touch with my family because I charged my phone at her cousin house but the only down fall was she didn’t have ac in her house so it was so hot in their it felt better out side. When I talked to my mom she said our power was still out and that my sister went too my great aunt Fren house in College Hill with my four cousin and her husband their I didn’t go because it all ready was a full house. So I stayed where I was at I was having more fun any way and Tamaih would have been salty that I left her so I stayed trying to be a good friend. The day laid on we ended up going back to Tamaih house to find some thing too eat .My mom had text me saying she was coming too get shortly. Once me and my mom hung up the phone I started packing my things up making sure I got every thing. She texted me again saying be ready I sat on the porch waiting on my mom she pulled up with my big sister in the car. I jumped in the back and told Tamiah bye. My mom told us she had to work she would buy us pizza too eat. We arrived home with too box’s of pizza my older sister said she was going over a friend house that had power. I was thinking what was the point on coming too get me my mom said that she would drop me back off, but Tamiah phone was out off service so I just went over my god sister house. My mom had came and pick me up the next day because are electricity came back out. This story was too tell you about my experience with know electricity.
