Get ready Goshen High School students. Red Ribbon Week is coming at us full force. This educational event will take place the week of October 23rd. Red Ribbon Week is a substance awareness week and a chance for all students to sign a pledge supporting the well known slogan, “Drug Free is the Way For Me.”

Mr. Palencia, the leader of the Red Ribbon team, thinks that everyone can get involved in Red Ribbon week. , for he believes “We all are affected by someone who has a substance abuse issue, it could be family, extended family or even a friend. By participating in Red Ribbon Week, we’re all pledging to help ourselves and others in the attempt to lead a drug free life.”
