Exams are just around the corner, and everyone is getting prepared and studying. A lot of students have many and different way of studying and preparing themselves for EOCs. Some students use their notes that they take during class to prepare for their exams.
“I always review my notes before a test to help me understand the subject more, and I usually highlight the important things that I need to remember” said junior Quaneisha James.
Other students may like to spend time going to tutoring and asking their teachers questions to understand more.
“When I don't understand something, I usually go to my teacher to help me and ask them to explain it in more detail until I understand it better,” said senior Jack Bradshaw.
While many may use their notes and ask teachers about questions, some students, such as Kassidy Tyer, like to study more off a study guide.
“I use my study guide for extra practice and help so I can understand the subject and know that I'm doing it right,” said sophomore Kassidy.
Another great way of studying is to study online and take quizzes to help you prepare, and that is just what Brandon Pacheco does.
“Every time exams are closer, I usually go to Study Island to do my work and get some practice,” said Brandon.
Some students, such as junior Ashley Ladd, don't have to even study at all because they have a unique way of remembering information.
“I can just look at my notes and already have it stuck in my head,” said Ashley.
Many students have different ways of studying and have different techniques to help them prepare for exams and their EOCs.
