Suwanee Spring Break Embed This Article
With the closing of the last year in High School - college visits are a necessity. What with the interaction of dorm life, of the student body, of the campus itself - the fear of a new home must be explored prior to the big move.
So, this spring break, I journeyed to Tallahassee with a handful of friends to get the full spectrum of college lifestyle. So, we hopped in the car, crossed the Suwanee and headed into the land of the Seminole for a four-day jaunt with the future.

Staying in a dorm, eating the college food, sitting in on classes - the vibe was all there. I even managed to swindle the dates so I was present for the FSU Circus - an act that performs once a year. And then it hit me - it really hit me: I am going to be living here for the next four years.
And I sat back and just stared at the Capitol City surrounding me. I haven't moved my home, my life, anything since I was seven years old. So the thought of a new land with new people and new daunting adventures is both exhilerating and deathly frightening.

The population is my age. The activities are things I love to do. The campus is a pristene, brick-laden institute rolling with history. FSU, here I come.
