College is not the only place a senior has to go after graduating. If a graduate does not want to go to college there is a number of other places for them to go.
One possibility is to go straight into the work force. There are jobs such as a gas station attendant or a factory worker which do not require a degree. physical therapist aid,
human resource assistant, travel agent, construction worker, or a cosmetologist.
Another smart move to make may be joining the military. Joining the military could also be helpful if you want to go to college, but do not have the right financial aid. The military can also provide a paycheck for enlisting and serving.
Since the army or work force may not be for everybody, there is a possibility of traveling. A ʽgap yearʼ is the year between graduating and going to college and many people use it the see the world. Joining the
Peace Corps will allow a student to help others and travel the world.
