At-a-glance

During the week of May 3rd, students were told that the staff was to hold their report cards due to the poor attendance of parents that attended Parent Teacher Association night. I feel that this decision wasn't fair to any of the students or their parents.

The notice that was given out in reference to the P.T.A night was handed to students two days before I personally don't think that this was enough time for students and parents to make arrangements that would have needed to be made.

Also if the students aren't going to give their report cards to their families than they wont. While on the other hand, there are a lot of parents that don't really care about their children or their future.

The report cards should have been given out to students mainly because the end of the year is now here and if there are any class that may need to be made up or any grades that needs to be brought up then if they were handed out on time the there would have been room for changes.
