Don't Stop The Traffic!

In our village of Beaver, there are two traffic lights. There is no need for the first one, and there is definitely no need for the second one. The reason this is a problem is because I do not understand why there is a single traffic light in Beaver. The only reason I can think is for the old school's use on Main Street, which used to have sessions where the lights are. However, school has not been in session for years now in that old building.  I hate stopping in Beaver when it's not necessary. There are ways to solve this problem, such as by allowing the crossing road of State Route 335 to stop for the Main Street of Beaver Pike. Traffic is not that heavy in Beaver. My complete opinion is that we need to get rid of the traffic lights. People get frustrated anyways when it is 2 a.m. and there is no way there should be a reason to stop. I know of some people who are just running the lights anyways, including myself. We wouldn't have this problem if the town would get rid of the traffic lights. It seems to me that the town acts like they are too lazy. Maybe I am right. I hope not. I just don't see the reason behind them anymore. There is no traffic or a history of accidents in Beaver. It is just an annoyance to everybody that has to stop. Simple as that.
