Breakfast is often called the most important meal of the day.  So why are people skipping out on eating it?  I see no logical reason why you wouldn’t stop to eat before starting your day.  Not only does it give you energy for your whole day, but there are also a lot of delicious things to eat for breakfast, and it will stop you from buying lots of crap meals throughout the day.

We live in a pretty busy world with lots of stuff going on all the time.  Students in school have a lot expected of them, and it’s hard to get through a school day.  Eating breakfast keeps you awake and alert because you’re not spending your whole morning wishing it was lunchtime.

In between classes it’s tempting to run to the vending machines to buy candy for a sugar high to keep you awake.  Eating breakfast will keep you from feeling like you need a candy bar and soda to get through your day: you eat in the morning and you’re full until lunch!  It also gives you more money to spend when you can actually eat real food, not junk that won’t fill you up.

There are so many good things that people can eat for breakfast.  There’s cereal, French toast, plain toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, bagels, Pop Tarts, and different kinds of juices, coffees, teas, and milk to drink.  These foods are good because they fill you up but they are also lighter foods so you don’t feel sluggish or lazy after eating.  You feel ready to take on your day.
