With a total 12-5 record and 5-2 in the ESCC, this year's girl's basketball team is a force of strength and focus as they move toward post season.  Placing 3rd in the prestigious State Farm Holiday Classic, it was the team's best ever finish at that tournament.  With less than a month until Regionals (hosted at Mac), Senior, Hillary Olszewski states that "everything we do throughout the year is to prepare us for the post season.  We want to return to the Final Four."  Olszewski adds that "with hard work and focus, our team has the talent to make it back to State."  Along with the team's effort, the support of the Mac fans is essential to the team's success.  "The support we get from the fans is unbelievable," states Olszewski.  "No matter where we play, we always have a great fan base.  The tempo of the game can really be affected by the enthusiasm of the fans."  As the post season nears, Olszewski states that the team "expects our fans to come out full force every night" and she is confident the Mac fans won't let them down.
