While underclassmen were slaving away at the PSAT and Explore test, the seniors were bonding at Paige Glazer's house during the annual Senior Retreat. This tradition is one of the first celebrations of senior year. The day started with a tasty breakfast spread of bagels, juice, pastries, and fruit. After some words from Ms. Browne, the kids took time to write positive comments to their classmates and place the comments into paper bags marked with each student's name. The "bags of love" were the highlight of the morning, and the students enjoyed reading all the love-filled comments from their friends, teachers, families, and classmates. The day also involved some kids tossing a football, playing games, and long-boarding. The senior parents donated a trailer to haul Charger gear. The kids all signed a class picture of them posing with the trailer, as well as the trailer itself. The retreat ended around noon, and was overall, a great success. Many thanks to the Glazer family for donating their digs for the festivities.
