Halloween is popularly known as the time to indulge one’s self with candy. It is Most popular with younger children and teens.  Consuming large amounts of sweets posses major health issues, most commonly cavities.  Processed sugar, corn syrup, and high fructose corn syrup are the culprits behind tooth decay; sending dozens of children to the dentist.

According to Temple University pediatric dentist Mark Helpin, "The frequency of eating candy, and other refined carbohydrates, and their stickiness, are big factors in creating the risk of caries (cavities)."
