Peanut Butter Brownie Cookies

For the holidays this year, try out a new, fun cookie recipe for everyone to share and enjoy!

Ingredients:

• 1 (19.5 oz) package of Pillsbury fudge Brownie Mix
• ¼ cup of melted butter
• 4 oz. cream cheese softened
• 1 large egg
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup jiff creamy peanut butter
• ½ can Pillsbury fudge frosting

How to:

First, heat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat brownie mix, melted butter, cream cheese and egg in a medium sized bowl. Stroke the mixture 50 times with a spoon until well blended. (Dough will be sticky). Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter in small bowl with a spoon until mixture forms into a ball. With hands roll rounded peanut butter mixture into 24 balls. Round the dough with a tablespoon and place 2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet. Lightly press 1 ball of the peanut butter mixture into center of each ball of dough. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are set. Cool on cookie sheet for at least 30 min. Spread thin layer of frosting over peanut butter portion of each cookie. Should make 24 cookies.
