Have you even been arrested, eh probably not? Well Paul Baldwin from New Hampshire has been arrested for the 153red time. The 49 year old says that he had a long battle with alcohol, and was trying to fix his problem by being in jail for the past year. He just got out last week, and a week later gets arrest again for punching someone in the face.  With e trespass, 75 citations, 4 social security aliases and then 17 name aliases, he still hasn’t learned yet.  His prosecutor said she didn’t even read his whole report because it was so huge.  I would think he would learn especially when he has family.
