Barack Obama is a man for change. Obama is pro-choice, which makes sense. The main reason people are against abortion is for religious reasons. Religion has no place in politics. He plans on investing money into hybrid and ethanol production, which will hopefully help when it comes to foreign oil deficits.
Obama wants the U.S. out of Iraq, unfortunately with the way this war has been conducted it will have to be a slow and deliberate pull out. “The McCain Principal” is that we need to keep troops in Iraq until we finish the job. Finish what job? All we are doing is wasting more tax-payers money and losing soldiers that don’t deserve to be dying.
Now we have John McCain. This so called Maverick, who is going to “change America for the better,” hasn’t been looking for a change in 2007 or 2008. According to Congressional Quarterly’s assessment of McCain’s voting record, McCain has taken a stand with Bush 95 percent of the time in 2007 and 100 percent in 2008. Vote McCain, if you’re a fan of record deficits, more people in extreme poverty, a war based on lies, ten million out sourced jobs, tax cuts for companies who outsourced those jobs, and more people without healthcare.
With the recent addition of Sarah Palin as the Republican VP nomination, the election should automatically fall to the Democrats. She was the governor of Alaska for only two years. So I ask you, how is she qualified to help lead the nation?
These two did not exactly excel when it came to school. John McCain’s rank in class was 893 out of 898 when he was at the Naval Academy. Palin finally graduated, after she had been to five different colleges in six years. She graduated with a bachelors in Journalism and is qualified to be a sports broadcaster. I would rather have Dick Vitale as my vice president. Obama, on the other hand, was the leader of 80 editors when he became the Editor-In-Chief of the Harvard Law Review.
McCain is old, so if he croaks do you want someone with no foreign relations experience running the greatest country in the World?
McCain is the man by the (rich) people, of the (rich) people, and for the (rich) people. Obama knows what is right for the average class of people and is the correct candidate for the 2008 election.
