Good-bye eighth graders and hello seventh graders!

Hey, all you seventh graders eighth grade is coming soon and you do not have much time. Seventh grade was so much fun, all the friends you made, the teachers you love, and the memories you cherish. Going from sixth grade to seventh grade is was big step. Now you are in junior high! Now as a seventh grader you are going to enter your last year of junior high.

“So soon,” “This year flew by!” is probably what is going through your minds right now. Well you are right! This year went so fast you could not even see it. Your soon to be former seventh grade teachers have had some very nice things to say to you. Most of your teacher’s only wish you well and to have a great last year of Jr. High. Some of your incoming eighth grade teachers have also wanted to wish you luck and to come ready to work. A survey was also taken; many seventh graders were very excited about going into eighth grade. Several of them were not nervous at all. Some were a little unsure about their decision but overall ready.

To all those seventh graders who feel apprehension towards moving on here are some words from the wise. Eighth grade is not that hard! Just keep your head on tight and do not fall off the wagon. If you keep your focus eighth grade will be a breeze. Also, remember show respect towards teachers and any authority; as well as your peers. Do not forget seventh graders as well as eighth graders that if you trip you can always pick yourself up. GO SIERRA VISTA!
