Many people have already seen the first six Harry Potter movies, but are they prepared for the next spell that’s coming their way? Sophomore Sarah Jarvis and freshman Emily Kingsley are ecstatic to see the next movie, part one of Deathly Hallows, which comes out on November 19.

Harry Potter is a young wizard who lives with his cruel aunt, uncle and cousin. Young Harry survived an attack from the dark wizard Voldemort, and now goes to Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry where he meets his new friends who help him along his journey. He learns new spells, charms and potions that may help him to finally defeat Voldemort.

In the final installment of the series, Harry leaves school on his hunt for the Horcruxes, seven pieces of Voldemort’s soul. Only by destroying these objects will he defeat Voldemort.. Will he succeed? Jarvis and Kingsley think so.

Jarvis says that her favorite character is Dumbledore, and predicts the next movie will be mind blowing. Her favorite book is the sixth of the series, and she believes the last movie will be her favorite one.

“If I could meet or be one of the characters in the movie, it would be either Dumbledore or Hermione. The spell I would use most would be Accio because objects would just come to me,” Jarvis said. “Also, if I could make a character in the movie one of my teachers it would be Dumbledore.”

“When I saw the movie trailer for part 1 of the last movie, I was like it’s ON!” Kingsley said. Her favorite movie was the Goblet of Fire and has high expectations for the last movie. “I like Harry Potter more than Twilight. Twilight is not very interesting to me, and not as fun to watch as Harry Potter,” Kingsley said.

Kingsley says that she would use the Expecto-Patronum spell most often because she has a strong dislike of Dementors. Kingsley also says that she would like to have Dumbledore as a teacher in real life, and if Kingsley could be any character in the movie, she would be Harry himself. “Who wouldn’t want to have those bragging rights?” asked Kingsley.

Whether you are a Harry Potter fan or not, look out because the movie is coming your way and it will blow you away.
